Job Description

This role focuses primarily on jewellery production for Apart.sg products, while also supporting Together Diamonds operations when required.

You will handle meaningful materials such as fur, hair, or ashes respectfully, ensuring each piece is prepared carefully and professionally.

You may occasionally assist with customer meetings or enquiries, so good communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach are important.

Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Production (Apart.sg focus)

• Create resin jewellery pieces containing ashes, fur or hair
• Assemble jewellery components (pendants, necklaces, bracelets)
• Set stones into jewellery settings
• Prepare and shape materials carefully inside moulds
• Perform quality checks on finished pieces
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workspace

Together Diamonds Support

• Handle ashes, hair, or fur carefully and respectfully
• Prepare customer materials for diamond creation
• Assist with packaging and order preparation
• Prepare sample kits

Operations Support

• Pack and prepare customer orders
• Assist with inventory tracking
• Coordinate logistics and shipments
• Maintain organised workflow and materials
• Support general daily operations

Customer Interaction (Occasional)

• Assist during scheduled customer appointments
• Provide clear and calm explanations when required
• Support customer enquiries when needed

Requirements

• Careful and detail-oriented
• Good hand coordination for jewellery work
• Comfortable handling fur, hair, or ashes respectfully
• Responsible and reliable
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work independently in a small team
• Willing to learn jewellery production techniques
• Positive attitude and willingness to improve skills

No prior jewellery experience required - training will be provided.

Working Hours

Full-time position
Retail hours:
Tuesday-Friday: 9.30am-7pm
Saturday: 9.30am-5pm

Salary Range

Typical range:
$2,500 - $2,800 depending on experience
