Jewellery & Bullion Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our gold jewellery and bullion bars through both online platforms and direct customer engagement.

The candidate should be comfortable appearing on TikTok Live, interacting with customers, and managing our social media presence while assisting with daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

. Host TikTok Live sessions to promote and sell gold jewellery and bullion products
. Create and post content on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
. Engage with online customers and respond to enquiries
. Assist with sales of gold jewellery and bullion bars
. Manage social media pages and upload product posts regularly
. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
. Maintain good customer relationships and provide product information

Requirements

. Confident speaking on live video / social media
. Basic knowledge or interest in gold, jewellery, or bullion products
. Experience in sales, marketing, or social media management preferred
. Friendly personality with strong communication skills
. Comfortable interacting with customers both online and in person
