About the Role

We are seeking a Java Developer or Backend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java. This role is crucial for our R&D team, and the candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side software applications.
• Work in Linux/UNIX and Docker environments.
• Utilize Java 11+, Spring framework, and SQL for development tasks.
• Implement cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Apply Prompt Engineering principles effectively.
• Use AI chatbot tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for test scenario creation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) within development environments.
• Develop and configure AI Agents and MCPs.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and integrity.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering from a known university.
• 5 years of experience in software development.

Required Skills

• Experience in server-side software development.
• Experience in Linux/UNIX/Docker environments.
• Experience in Java 11+, Spring framework, SQL.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering principles.
• Proven ability to effectively use AI chatbot tools.
• Proven ability to effectively use/develop AI Agents.
• Proven ability to effectively use/develop/configure MCPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pearl.
• Experience in networking, routing protocols, firewalls.
• Experience with developing MCPs.
• Experience with transforming non-agentic system/SDLC into agentic system/SDLC.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and semantic search (vector databases).
