ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applications for various site components and editing site content.
• You will document technical designs and specifications while researching and incorporating updated content for websites.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Java is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Python Software Development, PL/SQL (Programming Language), Microsoft Power Apps, and REST API Development is suggested.
• Innovate and implement new features to enhance user experience on web applications.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
