Job description
Our client is a leading global investment management firm with a strong focus on technology-driven trading and investment platforms, supporting portfolio managers across international markets.
In this role, you will design and enhance high-performance Java services that underpin the firm's equity execution, order management, and inventory workflows, working closely with technologists and investment-facing teams globally.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands-on Java and Springboot expertise
- Proven development experience working on Algos or Order Management Systems
- Solid understanding of equity markets, with exposure to Asia markets preferred
- Strong background in backend / server-side system development
- Excellent analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to support complex systems in production
