Job Scope
- Develop and maintain full-stack systems using Java and Python.
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing action plans, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage the defect tracking system, resolve issues, and provide system updates.
- Create technical specifications and comprehensive test plans.
- Monitor daily system activities and provide necessary support.
- Deploy new applications to test environments and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to its overall success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web application development.
- Proficient in Java full-stack development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or backend services, demonstrating versatility across programming paradigms.
- Good understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
