As a Java (Full Stack) Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end solutioning and development of enterprise-grade software and web applications. You will play a key role in architecting secure, scalable systems that handle sensitive financial data.

• Backend Engineering: Design and maintain a robust microservices architecture using Java and Node.js, while reusing existing .NET Core microservices.

• Event-Driven Systems: Implement event-driven design patterns to ensure seamless, real-time communication between various microservices.

• Cloud Architecture: Leverage AWS services-including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB-to build and deploy high-performance backend solutions.

• Secure Development: Implement OAuth for secure authentication and apply best-in-class security practices to safeguard sensitive systems.

• Frontend Excellence: Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and Next.js, ensuring a seamless experience for supervision officers.

• Design Systems: Build reusable UI components and maintain design consistency using Storybook, collaborating closely with UX designers.

• Quality & Scalability: Write comprehensive unit tests with Jest, apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for modularity, and containerize applications with Docker.

• Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex issues across the entire stack, optimizing application performance for high-stakes environments.

skills and experience required

• Technical Mastery: Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer with strong proficiency in Java and Node.js.

• Architectural Depth: Hands-on experience building microservices and applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.

• Cloud & DevOps: Practical experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and containerization using Docker.

• Security Expertise: Solid understanding of OAuth implementation and backend security best practices.

• Modern Frontend Skills: Highly proficient in React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Quality Standards: Experience writing unit tests with Jest and maintaining consistent UI frameworks with Storybook.

• Backend Tools: Proficiency with ORM Frameworks for efficient database management and RESTful API development.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills within an agile environment.
