Java Developer (PEGA Learning Opportunity) | Contract (12 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance features based on the requirements outlined in Change Requests (CRs).
• Conduct thorough application testing and resolve defects to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide production support, addressing user queries and resolving production issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot, provide resolutions, or offer workarounds for reported issues and problems.
• Collaborate with external systems and teams to resolve production-related challenges.
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time, meeting the required quality standards.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Preference:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Java development (Preferred).
• Willingness to learn PEGA – candidates with a passion for continuous learning and growth are highly encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in production support or application maintenance is a plus.
