Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Have a passion for delivering zero defect high quality code, with proactive mindset.
- Own end-to-end delivery responsibility for modules, participate in Continuou Integration activities, automation frameworks for testing and deployments and other related items.
Technical Skills
- 6 10 years of experience in Design Development and support of large web-based systems, complete software product lifecycle exposure
- Strong in backend design/development of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud based systems.
- Atleast 2 year experience with Java 11+ (Java 11, Java 17, Java 21 etc)
- RESTful APIs and Microservices development (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
- Micro Services
- Cloud - Azure preferred
- Have sound understanding of RDBMS.
- Cosmos DB
- Understanding of Azure Cloud, GIT, Jenkin Pipelines and DEVSECOPS.
- Experienced in UI designing.
- Strong culture on Software Testing (Unit Test, TDD, BDD)
- Experience and affinity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP/eXtreme Programming)
- Complexity estimation / planning poker
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, engineering best practices, and deployment methodologies
