We are seeking an experienced Application Developer (Java) with strong expertise in Host-to-Host (H2H) or system-to-system integrations to design, develop, and maintain secure and reliable integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid programming skills, Linux experience, and a strong understanding of integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- H2H / System Integration Development:
- Design, develop, and implement robust H2H (Host-to-Host) or system-to-system integrations to ensure seamless data exchange with client systems.
- System Configuration & Support:
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain applications and integration components, primarily within Linux environments.
- Documentation & Approvals:
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, system configurations, and solution designs. Ensure all required approval processes are followed.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Quality & Accuracy:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in coding, configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure reliability and accuracy of integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Developer, preferably with H2H or system-to-system integration exposure.
- Strong proficiency in Java or other relevant programming languages.
- Extensive experience working with Linux operating systems (scripting, command-line operations, basic system administration).
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies and protocols.
- Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

- Occasional after-hours support (evenings/weekends) may be required for deployments, maintenance, or critical issue resolution.
