Job Description

Description:

  • Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA.
  • Perform SQL queries for data validation, support batch processing (EOD/BOD), deployment rollback, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and application monitoring to ensure production stability.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, middleware, API Gateway, and business teams to resolve issues and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base, and prepare operational reports while participating in service review and problem management activities.
  • Candidates should possess relevant experience based on seniority, hands-on knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
