Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain security configurations across IT infrastructure (e.g., M365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Bitbucket)
- Guide IT managers of group companies in line with headquarters directives
- Monitor and analyze system logs regularly to ensure security compliance
- Stay updated on security vulnerabilities and take prompt corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for secure operations
- Handle client inquiries regarding proprietary applications
- Automate repetitive tasks using programming skills
- Monitor and maintain system metrics dashboards and alerts
- Educate colleagues and update IT infrastructure documentation
- Work closely with the Tech department at Japan HQ
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related fields with strong knowledge of security concepts
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of AWS, Azure (Entra), and/or GCP services related to software development
- Strong focus on automation and process improvement
- Familiarity with account management and data security protocols
- Experience in security monitoring and incident response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to configure SIEM and Power BI tools is an added advantage
- Experience with Cyber Incident Response Plan (CIRP), vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security incident response processes is an added advantage
- Knowledge of network security design and implementation is an added advantage
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and security tools is an added advantage
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
