About the Role
A Japanese clinic in Singapore is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Relation - Receptionist who can provide excellent customer service to Japanese-speaking patients.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will support the clinic's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional customer service to all patients, especially Japanese-speaking clients.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up bookings.
- Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries.
- Assist with billing, payment collection, and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support administrative duties including data entry, filing, and patient record updates.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of similar experience of Customer Support/Relation.
- Fluent in Japanese (Native or JLPT N2/N1 level) to support Japanese patients.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Customer-service oriented with a polite and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or front-desk roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems).
- Able to work on weekends or shifts (if required by clinic's schedule).
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.
