Japanese Restaurant Service Crew

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Japanese restaurant chain as full-time service crew members. You will play an important role in creating a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, assign seats, and present menus

Take orders and record dietary preferences

Perform cashiering duties

Serve food and introduce dishes when needed

Clear and reset tables, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area

Job Requirements:

No prior experience required - training provided

Able to communicate in basic English to interact with customers and the team

Knowledge of simple Japanese is a plus (e.g., dish names), but not required

Positive attitude, good team spirit, and customer-oriented

Able to stand or walk for extended periods and carry light to medium loads (e.g., trays)
