Develop change management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Provide leadership and direction for transformational change initiatives, working with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that the change is successfully implemented. This may involve overseeing multiple change initiatives simultaneously. Develop comprehensive change plans to address the needs from multiple sub-projects/work-streams. This may involve creating tailored change plan to different audiences and balance different needs from key stakeholders. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners. This may involve negotiating with stakeholders to gain their support for the change and ensuring that they are engaged throughout the change process. Prepare business leaders in their communication and engagement with the impacted audience. This may involve providing guidance on change management process/tools ensuring that the business leaders have the necessary skills and knowledge to lead the change.
