Guarantee, for product policy, the reuse of IVVQ engineering of components and Building Blocks
Contribute to the development of individual and collective skills as a member of the discipline, particularly through participation as a knowledgeable person
Collaborates with key internal stakeholders to meet project/product delivery issues: Product, Projects, Technical Management as well as with those responsible for technical coordination of each of the disciplines
Collaborates with external stakeholders: subcontractors, partners and sometimes the client. Aim of satisfying the customer and achieving the acceptance criteria necessary for the release of contractual payment keys
Contributes to represent the IVVQ engineering profession in the context of project reviews, and may search for compromises to resolve anomalies detected with its internal and external stakeholders
Prepare the necessary justifications/arguments to obtain the corrections and/or developments expected in case of some incompliancy concerning stakeholders depending on contractual relationships
Exercise functional management with an IVVQ team in a potentially international and multicultural environment with one or more Thales entities.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience building embedded software products
Familiar with IVVQ principles, including functional testing, performance testing, stress testing, endurance testing, recovery testing, ad hoc testing, etc.
Excellent communications skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to present and explain technical problems, tailored appropriately for the audience
Experience with Software and/or Hardware development, system-level integration and Test Automation
Experience with common requirement management tools, e.g. JIRA, Doors
Experience in scrum/agile development methodologies
Evidence of using test tools, early verification and validation through simulation
Experience with continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins) and code management repository tools like Bitbucke
