Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration and Customization: Lead the setup and tailoring of the Ivalua platform to align with specific business requirements.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of Ivalua with other enterprise systems, facilitating smooth data flow and process efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational goals.
User Training and Support: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users, and provide ongoing support to address any system-related issues.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal functionality.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Ivalua Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and configuring Ivalua's Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and software development principles.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and training.
