RESPONSIBILITIES
End-User Support
- provide daily IT support to end-users, including helpdesk and 1st/2nd level technical support for two sites (Jurong East and Pioneer)
- Assist users with hardware, software, and basic network issues, provide technical guidance
System Administration &Infrastructure Support
- Perform basic system and network administration at site level (user accounts, printers, security controls, WiFi, AP, switches, VPN)
- Support and maintain business applications and phone systems (analog/digital)
- Manage user data backup and recovery
Asset Management &Procurement
- Handle IT equipment & software procurement
- Maintain IT asset inventory
Documentation, Compliance& Audit
- Prepare and update user guides, IT documentation, policies & procedures
- Participate in ISO, customer & cybersecurity audits
Training &Administrative
- Conduct IT orientation for new employees
- Provide regular cybersecurity awareness training for users
- Manage and support any other tasks or projects assigned by site management
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, WinServer 2016/2019/2022
- Basic experience in network maintenance, system administration, and network security
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- MCP or MCSE certification preferred

- Good work planning and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in SOP documentation
- Service-oriented attitude
