ITO Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily management of data center team leaders and engineers across various locations.
2. Coordinate with local clients on requirements related to security, recruitment, attendance, and technical matters.
3. Monitor and understand SLA performance across all ITO projects.
4. Evaluate the daily work behavior and discipline of the ITO team, including compliance with KPI standards.
5. Manage attendance consolidation, leave and shift scheduling, and monthly data reporting.
6. Handle recruitment activities, which serve as the primary responsibility in the early stage.

Minimal Job Requirement:

1. Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
2. Proficient in English - able to listen, speak, read, and write in languages.
3. Willing to travel when required.
4. Other relevant project coordination or IT support experience is an advantage.
