This team is responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of IT systems, services, and operations across the organization. Role
As an ITIL Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing IT service and asset management frameworks that align with business needs and regulatory standards. You will lead initiatives across service design, strategy, transition, and operations, ensuring seamless integration with access control and IAM protocols. The role also involves managing tools such as ServiceNow and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Systems or a related field
- Proven experience in IT service and asset management, with strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks (certification preferred)
- Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow; system design and development experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and project management principles (certification advantageous)
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms, is beneficial
