YOUR ROLE
- Kitting Preparation: Raise SAP reservations according to the Maintenance Order instructions and kitting list.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish buffer stock to maintain target quantity levels.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all kitting activities, including preparation, receiving, labeling, and issuing of kits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with planners, internal users, and the GLWO store team to ensure smooth and efficient material flow throughout the kitting process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement opportunities to optimize kitting processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow.
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of kits before issuing them to users, ensuring all spare parts are readily available.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality guidelines, and company policies throughout all kitting operations.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical capability to handle materials, including lifting and moving parts as required.
- Good knowledge of excel
- Fair spoken & written English & Mandarin
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
