Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Breakfast Chef to execute daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian and French dishes for lunch and dinner services to meet menu standards
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations to uphold kitchen safety standards
- Organize and clean kitchen work areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in Italian or French cuisine
- Strong knowledge and application of classic cooking techniques
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment
