Job Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, sorting, and segregation of IT equipment such as servers, network equipment, PCs, laptops, and monitors.
- Perform testing of various types of parts such as SSD/HDD/DIMM.
- Conduct visual inspection and functional testing of equipment.
- Perform secure data erasure using Blancco and operate machinery for physical destruction of data-bearing devices (HDDs, SSDs, flash drives, etc.).
- Update audit results in the shopfloor management system.
- Work closely with the Operations Supervisor and team leads to ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with customer service level agreements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in IT, Electronics, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in IT manufacturing or repair environments.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Able to understand English in order to read work instructions, safety guidelines, and system interfaces.
- Good work attitude and strong team spirit.
- Working hours: Monday-Friday & alternate Saturdays (8.45am - 5.45pm).
- Able to perform overtime work when required, in accordance with MOM regulations.
