- Support the development and management of country-level KPIs and performance monitoring systems
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze operational data from APAC countries
- Define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights from operational data
- Create strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders
- Assist with regional performance reviews, planning cycles, and initiatives to improve business systems
- Contribute to or lead cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency and regional alignment
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning is preferable.
