IT & Technical Design Coordinator (Interior Woodworking & Surveillance Systems)

RVS Con & TRG PTE LTD is a renovation and project execution company involved in interior fit-out works, custom woodworking, structural coordination, and CCTV surveillance systems. We are seeking a multi-disciplinary IT & Technical Design Coordinator to support project execution that integrates interior design intent, woodworking details, structural constraints, and IT / surveillance systems. This role requires a candidate who can work across technical drawings, interior fit-out coordination, and on-site IT and CCTV implementation. The position is designed for candidates with practical, hands-on exposure rather than purely office-based IT roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Review, interpret, and coordinate AutoCAD drawings, including structural and interior fit-out drawings

.Understand and support interior woodworking designs, including cabinets, partitions, feature walls, and custom joinery

.Assist in translating design drawings into site-ready layouts considering structural elements
. Identify structural components (columns, beams, slabs) relevant to interior and system installation
. Plan and support CCTV installation, including camera placement, cable routing, and system layout
. Provide basic networking and IT support related to surveillance systems and site connectivity
. Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, and installers during renovation execution
.Prepare technical notes, drawing mark-ups, and coordination documentation
.Attend project sites to support installation, testing, and coordination activities

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

.Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline

.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

.Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, with ability to read and identify structural drawings

. Practical understanding of interior woodworking and joinery design

. Ability to coordinate interior design intent with structural and site constraints

. Experience supporting CCTV systems and basic networking infrastructure

.Comfortable working in active renovation and construction site environments

. Ability to work across design, technical, and site coordination functions.

Preferred Experience:

. Experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or construction-related projects

. Familiarity with CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, network configuration)

. Ability to understand sections, elevations, and detailed interior drawings

. Exposure to coordination between designers, engineers, and site teams

The position requires multi-skill involvement across IT, design coordination, and on-site execution.
