Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across Applications and Infrastructure domains
- Handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social platforms, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts, ensuring closure within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate and updated records in ATS or recruitment tools
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
- Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and compliance standards
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of IT roles across Applications and Infrastructure (e.g. Developers, DevOps, Cloud, Network, Support).
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and ability to manage some tough stakeholders across different verticals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience in hiring IT roles for China, Hong Kong or Taiwan will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred, as the role requires regular interaction with stakeholders based in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan for requirement analysis, role clarification, and hiring coordination.
