Job Purpose:

Ensure secure, reliable IT systems supporting daily operations and evolving business needs.

What you'll do (Key Responsibilities):

. Design, install, and maintain servers, networks, devices, and core on-premise infrastructure.

. Implement security controls, backups, access management, and disaster recovery procedures.

. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise reliability across environments.

. Provide hands-on user support, manage tickets, and coordinate with vendors when required.

. Document systems, improve processes, and support technology upgrades and global initiatives.

What you'll bring (Key Requirements):

. Experience administering Windows, Linux, macOS systems and virtualised environments.

. Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and security fundamentals.

. Hands-on experience with backups, storage, monitoring, and IT documentation practices.

. Working knowledge of Docker, scripting, and automation tools preferred.

. Proactive, adaptable team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

The successful IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator must possess strong hands-on infrastructure,

security, and support experience within complex IT environments.
