We're looking for an IT Systems & Analytics executive - a hands-on problem solver who enjoys figuring out how different systems fit together. You'll help design, build and automate the digital backbone of our operations - from class scheduling and dashboards to integrations that connect everything behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone with a technical mindset and creative curiosity - someone who can write a bit of code, think logically, and take pride in building smooth, efficient systems that make a real difference to how teams work.
1. Systems Design & Automation
Map out daily operations and design digital workflows that make them faster and smarter.
Build automations using tools like Make, Zapier, or custom Python/JavaScript scripts.
Connect systems together - ensuring data flows cleanly across platforms like iClassPro, Google Workspace and internal dashboards.
Support the creation of an intelligent scheduling and timetabling system that accounts for constraints, staff availability, and resources.

3. Customer Experience Systems
Configure and manage Zendesk or similar customer experience platform: ticket forms, automations, triggers and workflows.
Integrate CX systems with class management tools and messaging channels to ensure every parent touchpoint is tracked and seamless.
Build reports and dashboards to track service levels, enquiry types, and customer satisfaction.
Continuously refine the backend setup for clarity, efficiency and high performance.
4. Data & Analytics
Develop dashboards to track key business metrics - class occupancy, coach utilisation, conversion rates, and retention.
Work with data from multiple systems to uncover insights and support data-driven decisions.
Help design models to forecast class demand and identify growth opportunities.
5. System Integrations & Process Optimisation
Collaborate with coaches, CX and management teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical workflows.
Implement and test APIs or automation connections between systems.
Maintain data integrity, privacy and accuracy across all digital platforms.
Document processes and continuously improve system reliability and user experience.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
Hands-on experience (projects or internships welcome) with APIs, automation tools or light coding (Python/JavaScript).
Strong logical and problem-solving mindset - you enjoy figuring out how things connect.
Curious about operations - not just coding, but why systems are built a certain way.
Comfortable managing digital tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, iClasspro or CRMs.
Analytical thinker with a good eye for detail and accuracy.
Positive, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with non-technical teammates.
Excited to learn and grow in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
