Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include but not limited to following:
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, networks and IT equipment
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot outages or performance issues
- Responding to IT security vulnerabilities and cyber incident notifications
- Responding to service issues and requests and resolving logged errors in a timely manner
- Monitoring the quality of work performed by outsourced vendor to ensure that it meets company standards
- Maintaining and updating the company website
- Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions
- Support network connectivity
- Acquisition of IT assets
- Administration and management of IT inventories
- In-charge of IT audits and BCP
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
- Backup for applications and database support tasks
- Other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years experience in IT system support
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and network
- Good knowledge of system security and MS SQL database
- Strong technical, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
