Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all IT operations including software development, network infrastructure, system installation, and cybersecurity management.
Plan, design, and manage software development projects using .NET (VB.NET), ASP.NET, C#, and Python frameworks.
Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and company networking systems.
Provide leadership and guidance to the IT support team in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.
Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of IT service calls, including 24/7 standby coverage arrangements.
Develop and enforce IT policies, backup procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Collaborate with management to plan IT budgets, evaluate new technologies, and align IT strategy with business objectives.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, licenses, and assets.
Explore, implement, and manage AI software and automation tools to enhance efficiency, data analysis, and decision-making across company operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in IT management or senior technical leadership role.
Proficient in Software development in .NET (VB.NET), ASP.NET, C#, and Python.
Proficient in Windows Server Administration, MSSQL database management, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Experience in AI software, machine learning tools, or automation systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Power BI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms).
Proven experience in IT project planning, vendor coordination, and security management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in high-pressure or after-hours situations.
