Job Description:
1) Develop Agentic AI Ops Bots for Daily IT Operations
- Design and build agentic Copilot-based bots to automate and assist with day-to-day operational activities, including:
- network health checks, interface status, routing/VPN validation
- EUC support tasks (FAQ, eDiscovery requests, review/approval of JIRA tickets)
- O365 operations (license audit checks, mailbox checks, service health awareness)
- cloud operational tasks (resource state checks, cost alerts, operational hygiene)
- Implement conversational and command-based bot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, optimized for L1/L2/L3 IT Ops teams.
2) Automate End-to-End Operational Workflows with Power Automate
- Build Power Automate cloud flows to orchestrate daily operational processes such as:
- alert validation and enrichment
- incident creation, updates, and closure in ITSM (JIRA) systems
- routine operational checks and scheduled tasks
- user, device, and service state verification
- generating monthly/quarterly reports
- performing user attestation & audit checks
- Apply robust automation design patterns:
- retries, exception handling, and escalation logic
- approval gates for sensitive operations
- environment segregation (DEV / UAT / PROD) with controlled deployments
3) Integrations with IT Ops and Enterprise Platforms
Integrate bots and automations with:
- ITSM: Jira Service Management
- Monitoring & Observability: Zabbix, Grafana dashboard
- Identity & Access: OKTA, Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge Sources: SharePoint, JIRA CMDB, operational runbooks
Preferred Skills & Requirements

Technical Competencies (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
