Responsibilities
- Manage banking system development or implementation projects as Project Manager or Delivery Lead
- Oversee project progress, milestones, issue resolution, and reporting to client management
- Control project costs and allocate human resources effectively
- Communicate closely with clients and internal business/IT teams, organizing and leading project teams
- Manage client expectations to maintain positive relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or delivery leadership, overseeing projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with diverse teams
- Knowledge or experience in banking system development or implementation is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills cheerful and collaborative team player
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong analytical skills
