Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Maintain, Support, Upgrade and Monitoring of club network infrastructure - Firewall, WiFi, Switches & VPN
- Installation, Configuration and Monitoring of Windows Servers & HyperV Virtualization and OS-related software.
- Configuration and Monitoring of club WiFi network using Ruckus Domain Controller.
- Ensure that server & client's PC backups are performed and checked on a regular basis.
- Maintain up to date documentation for all servers, network devices, application software admin and user manual.
- Daily administration of AD, email system and club application software, include user and group management
- Assist in IT planning, coordinating with vendors and clients for hardware/software purchases, product services, and support.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT Manager / IT Asst. Manager.
Skills & Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
- ITIL foundation level knowledge is required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT industry.
- Positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge on project management to assist in infrastructure / digitalization projects.
- Experience in Network Infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft 365 / Exchange and Microsoft HyperV Virtualization.
