Role: IT Infra System Admin
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Infra System Admin to join our Infra Operations team. You will play a key role in managing and supporting both cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support on-premise infrastructure, including virtual machines, backup systems, and SAN storage.
- Perform daily system and application support activities and fulfil operational requests.
- Provision, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Wintel and Linux servers and associated applications.
- Ensure availability, reliability, and continuity of infrastructure services.
- Proactively monitor systems and maintain operational standards.
- Plan and coordinate monthly and ad-hoc patching activities with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and administering Wintel and Linux servers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
