As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for performing the below duties:
Job Description
- Level 1 IT support
- Remote or On-site IT support and maintenance service. For users and end users devices.
- Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems, and maintain IT equipment.
- User and device-level support
- Maintenance and updates
- Access and accounts for on boarding and off boarding
- Create or Update documentation
- Ability to work independently.
- Carry out all other related tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec and above holders.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Support
- Positive and Proactive mindset.
- Strong diagnostics and problem-solving skills.
- Good ability to perform manual labor with IT Hardware (components, PC, printers)
- Expertise in PC and laptop support.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office software.
- Singaporeans only (no quota for foreign candidate)
