IT Support & Systems Executive

Work Location : Near Jurong East MRT
Work Hour : Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
Salary : Up to $3200 (Basic) + AWS + VB

Job Description

• Support daily IT operations to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently
• Lead and guide the helpdesk team in desktop setup, user support, and troubleshooting
• Maintain records of IT assets, software, and system inventory
• Review and recommend suitable IT solutions for user requests
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management

Requirement

- Diploma Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or information systems operations preferred
- Familiar with desktop support, hardware, software installation, and user access setup
