Role: IT Technician

Overview We are seeking a proactive IT Technician to provide comprehensive technical support and maintain our digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability and deliver exceptional service to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Maintenance: Install, configure, and update workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.

System Integrity: Execute routine patches, backups, and security updates to ensure optimal performance.

Technical Support: Deliver multi-channel Tier 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Access Management: Administer user accounts and permissions in alignment with company security policies.

Project Collaboration: Assist the IT team with system deployments, upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or Certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a technical support or IT technician role.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Windows OS and basic cybersecurity principles.

Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric communication style
