IT Support Specialist (Hardware & Software)

NK Hairworks is a growing hair and scalp care brand with 11 outlets across Singapore. We are looking for a dependable IT Support Specialist to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across all locations. This role involves troubleshooting POS systems, maintaining hardware such as computers and CCTV systems, and assisting with general IT and system support. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and maintain POS systems and hardware across outlets

- Perform hardware maintenance and setup for computers, printers, and other peripherals

- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems and related equipment

- Diagnose and resolve internet and network connectivity issues

- Provide on-site and remote IT support for outlet staff

- Assist with software troubleshooting and system maintenance

- Support integration with internal systems and third-party platforms

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals

- Familiarity with POS systems and CCTV equipment is an advantage

- Basic network and internet troubleshooting skills

- Knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization) is a plus

- Experience with VB.NET or C#.NET is advantageous

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial

- Experience working with APIs or third-party integrations is a plus

- Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is beneficial
