The IT Support & Operations will support daily IT operations, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and hardware/software setup. This role ensures smooth technical operations and assists in resolving IT-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support including maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and network devices.
• Assist with system installation, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
• Oversee the integration of software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients using reliable courier services.
• Handle and process support tickets, including ad-hoc requests, contracts, and billing inquiries, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
