Responsibilities:
- Provide timely troubleshooting and support for IT-related enquiries from employees
- Promote and reinforce IT security awareness and best practices across the organisation
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including server rooms, PCs, network switches, routers, telephony systems, and business applications
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage external IT vendors to ensure service quality and compliance
- Drive business process improvements through the implementation of system tools and IT solutions
- Handle procurement, setup, maintenance, and disposal of PCs and other IT assets
- Process IT-related invoices, including verification and coordination with the finance team for timely payment
- Support the IT Manager on regional IT matters, including assistance for subsidiaries across the APAC region
- Perform ad-hoc IT-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT working experience
- Proven hands-on experience in IT support and end-user troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge and experience in Windows PC deployment and configuration (kitting)
- Ability to manage and maintain network equipment within a server room environment
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Demonstrated mindset to leverage IT technology to improve business processes
