- Provide support on inventory management
- Facilitate new user on-boarding
-Maintain good communication and rapport with external vendors
- Liaise with Head Office IT Department to conduct training and monthly reporting
-Perform annual review assessment for MAS TRMG and Outsourcing guidelines
- Perform weekly and monthly IT security checks
- Coordinate DR and BCP exercises
-Assist in providing Level 1 IT support such as installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops/ laptops etc.
skills and experience required
- At least a Diploma, preferably in computer science
- At least 1 year of experience in IT field preferably in the banking industry.
