They are seeking a driven and experienced IT Support Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the company's digital transformation journey and ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of their IT infrastructure.
The Role
As a Digital Transformation Champion, you will partner with management and users to identify opportunities for digital transformation across the business. The manager will collaborate with leadership to identify areas for process automation and paperless solutions, and champion the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. They will also serve as a bridge between the IT team, business users, and vendors, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of data privacy and information security regulations, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within the group, including participation in the implementation of a central ticketing system for the Singapore group and working closely with the IT team in the headquarter on assigned projects. Overall, this position is ideal for a results-oriented IT professional with a passion for innovation and a commitment to user support.
Your Profile
Our client is looking for someone with solid people skills, influential skills, flexibility and patience, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You will bring at least 5 years of experience in IT system integration, digital transformation (technical aspects), and similar areas. A key strength is your ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you are a customer/user-focused problem solver with strong teamwork skills. Understanding of data security and compliance regulations is a plus, along with a natural affinity for IT and a drive to learn new technologies.
