You will manage installation, support, and maintenance of client IT platforms, ensuring service levels are met while resolving incidents and supporting users locally and regionally.
Responsibilities
- Install client platforms and manage daily support operations to meet agreed business needs and service levels
- Deliver timely IT support to business users both locally and regionally to minimize downtime
- Process and resolve service requests related to client platforms efficiently
- Troubleshoot system and network issues to restore normal operations promptly
- Investigate and resolve escalated incidents with quality solutions to reduce impact
- Communicate timely status updates to stakeholders during incident and service request handling
- Monitor service levels, document system configurations, and maintain accurate records for reporting
- Participate in client platform implementation, deployment, and upgrade projects to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain and update procedural and configuration documentation to support operational consistency
