Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide dedicated support for EV charging stations and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist customers with their queries, and ensure seamless operation of EV charging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for EV chargers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor the performance and uptime of EV charging units escalate issues to the technical team as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Coordinate with technical teams for on-site repairs or upgrades.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of EV chargers.
- Educate customers on the features and safe usage of EV charging stations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in EV charging technology and support tools.
- Generate reports on support activities and system performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in technical support, preferably with EV charging stations or similar infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems related to EV chargers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.
