Job scope:

• Provide end-user IT support by resolving hardware, software, and LAN/WAN network issues (on-site and remote).
• Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications, and user accounts with proper access control.
• Implement IT security, backup, and recovery measures to safeguard systems and data.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and documentation, while liaising with vendors for support and services.
• Conduct user training and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and security awareness.
