IT Support Engineer (Site Support/ End User/ West)

• Basic: $3200 - $4000

• AWS + Variable Bonus

• Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Sat (Alt): 8.30am - 1.00pm

• Location: Tuas (2-way transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot network issues (Windows environment, AD, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewall).

• Administer servers, email systems (Exchange/Outlook), and backup systems.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Support system improvements and recommend IT initiatives.

• Coordinate with vendors and support users across multiple locations.

• Supervise contractors and assist in site surveys / IT projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.

• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and Active Directory.

• Experience with fieldwork / site support is an advantage.
