Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in all hardware relating to desktop and server systems as well as providing technical assistance
- Capable of troubleshooting network issues, attending to all Level of desktop support, oversee daily backing up of desktops.
- Neat and structured approach to IT inventory management.
- Implementing and Administering Windows Server 2008, 2010, 2012, 2016, 2020, 2022, 2025 and Linux Platforms including cloud system
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IT related field preferably under an established IT support company with experience not limited to IT project planning, upgrading IT infrastructure, implementation of enterprise level software
- Hands on experience in all hardware relating to desktop and server systems
- Fluent knowledge in server configurations, network infrastructure troubleshooting, Active Directory (AD) implementation and administering, Disaster Recovery (DR) implementation and administering for BCP, documenting protocol etc.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), troubleshooting, and remote access tools like NinjaOne,AnyDesk, and TeamViewer
- This position entails travelling to different worksites across Singapore within the same day
- Candidate must also be willing to source and purchase IT related stuff in person at Sim Lim Square ..etc
