IT Support Engineer

We are looking for IT Support Engineers who possess a strong understanding of fundamental IT concepts, proficiency in operating systems like Linux and Windows, expertise in hardware management, and outstanding problem-solving abilities.

This position entails monitoring and maintaining the functionality of company computer systems, which includes installing and configuring hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.

Essential Skills:

1) Proficiency in hardware installation/troubleshooting, including resolving memory issues, display problems, HDD installation/replacement, etc..

2) OS installation including various versions of Windows and Linux.
