Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide Application and hardware support for systems installed and run at the customer site.
- To troubleshoot PCs installed with Windows 10 and above and the installed application, reimage the PC, handle receipt printer issue, configure barcode reader and RFID equipment.
- To track application log, conduct UAT, functional test, etc.
- To provide support to partners/vendors in system maintenance and troubleshooting of production issues.
- To perform Preventive maintenance every 4 months, work to commence as early as at 8:15am.
- To support over 20 sites, ie there will be 14 days that engineers need to start work at 8:15am during preventive maintenance period.
Requirements
- Diploma in IT/Computing or related certification.
- Customer's located island wide and travelling to different location is necessary.
- Must be willing to work with the following arrangement :-
Support timing:-
. To support customer from 8am, Monday to Friday
. Hand phone support (if on duty) after 6pm, Monday to Friday
Weekend support:-
. Engineers will take turn to hold the support hand phone on Saturday and Sunday (average once a month).
