Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration for Microsoft O365 services, including user account management, mailbox administration, and SharePoint site creation.
  • Assist in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) management, including user provisioning, access control, group policy updates, and directory maintenance (preferably certified).
  • Support and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Webex and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless conferencing experience.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for end-user issues related to collaboration platforms and IT systems.
  • Support compliance recording systems (e.g., NICE) where applicable.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and user support.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft O365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (certification is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with Cisco Webex and meeting room technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and support.
  • Advantageous to have exposure to NICE compliance recording solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to support end users effectively.
  • Willingness to learn
